Soft permeable pipes are a new type of piping material that has the function of reverse filtration and drainage.It utilizes the "capillary" phenomenon and the "siphon" principle, integrating water absorption, permeability, and drainage, while meeting the engineering design requirements for pressure resistance, permeability, and filtration.It does not fracture due to geological or geographical temperature changes and can achieve the effect of discharging clean water, without causing secondary pollution to the environment. It is classified as a new type of environmentally friendly product. Its construction is simple, with no joints, and it has no special requirements for geology or topography, making it suitable for any location that requires underground drainage.
1) High carbon steel wire: Phosphate rust prevention treatment, coated with PVC to prevent acid and alkali corrosion, with a unique steel wire spiral framework that ensures a smooth surface of the pipe wall and withstands pressure.
2) Non-woven fabric filter layer: Ensures effective filtration and prevents sediment from entering the pipe.
3) Synthetic polyester fiber: The warp uses high-strength coated PVC or nylon yarn, while the weft uses special fibers, providing sufficient tensile strength.
2. Characteristics of flexible permeable pipes:
1) Small pore diameter, all-around water permeability, and good permeability;
2) High compressive and tensile strength, long service life;
3) Good corrosion resistance and resistance to microbial invasion;
4) Good overall continuity, fewer joints, and easy connection;
5) Soft texture, good compatibility with soil, and other advantages.
The permeable pipe is supported by a rust-resistant spring coil, forming a highly compressive soft structure. The non-woven fabric lining acts as a filter, preventing mud and sand impurities from entering the pipe, thereby achieving the function of clean water infiltration. The polyester yarn outer layer has excellent water absorption properties, allowing it to quickly collect excess moisture from the soil. The rubber band integrates the covering layer with the spring steel coil pipe body, providing excellent all-around water permeability. Water can smoothly infiltrate into the pipe while mud and sand impurities are blocked outside, thus achieving the purposes of permeability, filtration, and drainage.
The soft permeable pipe is mainly suitable for:
