The cement canvas blanket, abbreviated as composite material blanket, is a flexible blanket that incorporates special multifunctional composite materials internally. By simply adding water, it can form a durable concrete layer with the desired shape and hardness. Different formulations can create concrete structures that are resistant to seepage and cracking, provide thermal insulation, resist erosion, are fireproof, and corrosion-resistant. The bottom surface of this product is covered with a waterproof backing. During construction, there is no need for on-site mixing; it can be laid out according to the terrain and technical requirements, and water can be evenly sprinkled or the blanket can be soaked in water to initiate the reaction. Once set, the fibers enhance the strength of the composite material blanket.

1. Easy to Use
Cement canvas blanket can be provided in large rolls or bulk, making them convenient for manual handling and transportation without the need for large lifting machinery. The concrete is scientifically formulated, eliminating the need for on-site mixing and preventing excessive hydration issues. Cement blankets can solidify and take shape whether underwater or in seawater.
2. Rapid Solidification
Once water is added and hydration occurs, the size and shape of the cement blanket can be adjusted within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, it can harden to 80% of its strength. Additionally, special formulations can be used to achieve rapid or delayed solidification according to user requirements.
3. Environmentally Friendly
Cement canvas blanket represent a low-quality, low-carbon technology, using up to 95% less material than conventional concrete in many applications. They have limited alkali content and a very low leaching rate, resulting in minimal impact on the local ecosystem.
4. Application Flexibility
Cement canvas blanket exhibit excellent drapability, conforming to the complex shapes of the surfaces they cover, even forming hyperbolic shapes. The uncured cement blanket can be easily cut or trimmed with standard hand tools.

The underside of the cement canvas blanket features a polyethylene (PVC) backing, making it completely waterproof and enhancing the material's chemical resistance.
8. Fire Resistance
Cement canvas blanket do not support combustion and have good flame-retardant properties, producing minimal smoke and very low emissions of hazardous gases when ignited.
